Account Lockout Recovery

If your account is locked, follow these steps to regain access.

Why Accounts Get Locked

  • Too many failed login attempts
  • Suspicious activity detected

Recovery Steps

Step 1: Wait Period

Wait 15 minutes before attempting to log in again

Step 2: Check Credentials

Verify you're using the correct:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Domain (if applicable)

Step 3: Reset Password

If you can't remember your password:

1. Use the "Forgot Password" link

2. Follow the password reset process

3. Create a new secure password

Step 4: Contact IT

If lockout persists:
