ResolvedIQ is an AI-powered help desk and asset management platform that provides:

  • Intelligent ticket routing and categorisation
  • AI-powered response generation and sentiment analysis
  • Knowledge base management with content gap analysis
  • Asset and software license tracking
  • Employee management
  • Department-based ticket management with SLA tracking
  • Email client with SMTP/IMAP integration
  • Analytics, reporting, and notification system

3. User Accounts and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

3.3 Account Roles

The Service provides three access levels: Admin (full access), Agent (operational access), and Viewer (read-only). Your organisation's administrator determines your role.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of AI Regenesis Ltd and its licensors. This includes the ResolvedIQ brand, software, and documentation.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6.1 AI Data Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse and process support tickets. AI-generated responses are suggestions and should be reviewed by your team before being sent to end users. AI Regenesis Ltd is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. Planned maintenance and updates may result in temporary service interruptions.

7.2 Support

Technical support is available via support@resolvediq.com. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Regenesis Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease and we may delete your account data in accordance with our retention policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
