Mobile Email Setup Guide
Configure your work email on your mobile device.
iPhone/iPad Setup
Step 1: Open Settings
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account
Step 2: Choose Exchange
Select "Microsoft Exchange" as your account type
Step 3: Enter Details
- Email: your.email@company.com
- Server: mail.company.com
- Domain: company
- Username: your.email@company.com
- Password: your password
Android Setup
Step 1: Open Email App
Open your email app and tap "Add Account"
Step 2: Select Exchange
Choose "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync"
Step 3: Configure Settings
- Email address: your.email@company.com
- Server: mail.company.com
- Domain: company
- Username: your.email@company.com
- Password: your password

- Check your internet connection
- Verify server settings with IT
- Ensure your password is correct
